Tools for Cravings & Emotional Waves

Welcome to Week 2!
We are going to go deeper this week.
You will be learning tools to help you
rewire your blueprint: breathing tools, mudras, a yoga sequence, and meditation.
You will also be learning why these practices will help you in this journey of healing from active addiction/severe stress/substance abuse.

I also have put in here a cravings meditation for you to listen to when cravings come up, or at any time during the day.

Just like week 1, everything will be linked below.
Please complete week 2 in the order
of the linked videos.

  • *NOTE: In Week 2, there is a lot of information-please lean into it as best as you can, it’ll piece together further in weeks 3 & 4.
    Remember, trust the process 😌

    My suggestion:
    -Listen to the lecture first
    -Download the journal prompts or print them, and read them so you have them in your mind 🧠
    -Do the cravings meditation (same day or next day after the lecture, and ANY TIME during the week. You can also listen to it before you go to bed. the more you listen to it the better)
    -Do the breath practices videos & mudras video another day
    -Complete the Final Guided Practice next or same day as the breath practices & mudra videos
