Welcome to week 3 😊
This week is all about rebuilding routine and trust.
We are creating foundation for the nervous system and your life moving forward.

You’ll be learning the science of how practicing yoga intentionally helps heal the brain.

…In week 1 & 2 you learned tools to help shift your blue print. Now we are applying what you have learned and building routine and trust through twice daily yoga practices.

In this week you have a lecture to watch first. Next, I have two energizing yoga practices for you and two relaxing yoga practices for you (to give you a variety!).

Please try to do two a day for this
week long period.
You can d one energizing in the morning and one relaxing in the evening.
There is a PDF journal/reflection prompt to download as well.
Download it at the end of this week and fill it out before you begin week 4 ✨

I also gave you a bonus Mindset Lecture as well to watch at the end of the week.


* NOTE *: If timing is an issue for two practices a day, please try to do one a day, and practice another tool from week 1 or 2 like legs up the wall, alternate nostril, or the cravings meditation, for example.

We want progress, not perfection, so be easy on yourself but also Show Up with Intention.

Everything will be linked to the right, and remember, it is recommended to practice the cravings meditation every night before sleep, after the PM practice OR whenever you need it..

This is a great way to break the habit of scrolling before bed.
